Answers to the most common questions about the theme.
Getting started
How do I install the theme?
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme, choose the theme .zip file and click Install Now. When it finishes, click Activate.
Upload the original .zip file. Unzipping it first is the most common cause of the “The package could not be installed” error.

Which WordPress and PHP versions do I need?
We recommend the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0. You can check both under Tools → Site Health → Info. If your PHP version is older, your hosting provider can usually update it for you.
How do I make my site look like the demo?
A fresh install starts empty, so your site won’t look like the demo straight away. Add your own pages, set a homepage under Settings → Reading, and assign your menus under Appearance → Menus. Then the layout will match the demo.
Customization
How do I change colors, fonts and the logo?
Go to Appearance → Customize (or Appearance → Editor on block themes). There you can upload your logo and change colors and typography, with a live preview before you publish.
Should I use a child theme?
Yes, if you plan to edit the theme’s files (PHP templates, CSS or functions). Changes made directly in the theme are overwritten when it updates. A child theme keeps your changes safe.
If you only use the Customizer or add CSS under Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS, you don’t need one.
Does the theme work with page builders and other plugins?
The theme is built to WordPress standards, so it works with most well-maintained plugins. If a plugin causes a problem, let us know which plugin and version in a ticket and we’ll take a look.
Updates & troubleshooting
How do I update the theme without losing my changes?
Before updating, back up your site. Then update from Dashboard → Updates or Appearance → Themes.
Settings made in the Customizer and your content are kept. Edits made directly in the theme’s files are not, which is why we recommend a child theme.
My changes aren’t showing up. What should I do?
This is almost always caching. Clear your caching plugin (if you have one), your hosting cache, and your browser cache, or check the page in a private window.
Something broke after an update. How do I find the cause?
Temporarily deactivate your plugins one by one, checking your site after each. If the problem disappears, the last plugin you deactivated is the cause.
If you’re still stuck, open a ticket with the page link, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot. It helps us fix it faster.
